RESOLUTION 2023-009

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR WALLOWA COUNTY DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has identified certain county equipment which is no longer useful to the County or has become obsolete, and which staff has recommended be designated as surplus,

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners wishes to remove said items and equipment from inventory and sell or otherwise dispose of said items and equipment,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners for Wallowa County declares the following items or equipment as surplus and directs the Administrative Director to dispose of said equipment by sealed bid auction:
