The Child Passenger Safety program is funded through a grant from the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). Services provided through this program include:
- Car seats available based on a sliding-scale fee
- Child Passenger Seat information & education
- Installation information & assistance
- Free car seat checks including: recalls, proper installation, child height and weight appropriateness for seat
- Car seat clinics held the 1st Tuesday of every other month from 8:00 a.m.-Noon (February, April, June, August, October, December 2010). These clinics are to check proper installation, recalls, child height and weight appropriateness for seat
