NOTICE IS GIVEN, the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners will be conducting two public hearings on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 in the Thornton Conference room of the Wallowa County Courthouse; located at 101 South River Str., Enterprise, Oregon 97828 starting at 10:00 am.
AMD #2023-01 – Proposed Amendment, AMD #23-01, requested by the Wallowa County Planning Commission would amend the text of Wallowa County Land Development Ordinance Article 29, Airport Protection Zone.
The amendment proposes to reinstate Footnote 14 with Table 1 and add a Figure to help Interpret Table 1, bringing the WC Comprehensive Plan into conformance with Dept. of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) and consistency with the Oregon Dept. of Aviation (ODAV)/DLCD airport design guidelines.
