Most permits are sent to applicants via email (if one is provided) once a decision is rendered. If an email is not provided, we will call you to get a mailing address. As a last resort, we will hold documents for pick up.
When possible, please submit your land use applications electronically via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All fees can be paid over the phone with a debit or credit card.
For phone payments, the planning department specialist will contact you by phone within 24 hours of receiving your application to process your payment via Point & Pay. Please indicate on your application or in your email that you would like to pay via this method.
We also accept checks via USPS. Please make them out to Wallowa County Treasurer and mail them to the address listed on the sidebar of this page
