REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) Services:
WALLOWA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
Wallowa County will accept submissions about qualifications from companies licensed in Oregon with construction manager and contractor licenses to perform CM/GC services for the County’s Fairgrounds Improvement Projects.
Wallowa County anticipates using the CM/GC delivery process to complete these projects. The CM/GC ranked highest from this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process will be asked to negotiate a contract. If a contract cannot be negotiated, the County will ask the next highest ranked company to negotiate a contract. Companies are not guaranteed work nor compensation until under contract with the County.
Interested parties are invited to obtain RFQ and submission instructions from the County website: https://co.wallowa.or.us. The submission deadline is 5:00 p.m. (PST), February 27, 2023.
